Josh Bergeron grew up in Eagleton and studied architecture at UW-Stout before settling in Chippewa Falls. Before joining Goldridge Companies, Josh worked for a non-profit organization managing 19 properties with over 250 units and over 400 tenants. He has experience in CAD drafting, construction, customer service, and property management. His excels in managing teams with his witty personality and amiable leadership. Josh also takes pride in being a member of the transplant recipient community and athletics, being a part of Team Wisconsin since 2004 and Team USA since 2009.

Dramus Peuse,
Facilities Manager
Dramus is a proud resident and native of the Eau Claire area. He was raised on the family farm just south of the city. After completing school, he joined the maintenance team at a local country club. He managed repairs and maintenance of both the golf course equipment as well as the buildings for more than 12 years. In 2012, Dramus joined the property management team at Goldridge Companies as a building maintenance technician, and in 2021 he moved into the role of facilities manager.Dramus has over 20 years of experience providing and managing maintenance and repairs in commercial property.
